We stayed in the upstairs unit. The stairs and deck could use a little TLC. The listing states that it sleeps 8. It came with a queen size air mattress that you plugged into the wall to inflate. Which was great! It also had a twin size air mattress that we couldnā€™t use because it had a small hole in it. It wouldā€™ve been nice to be able to use it so no one had to sleep on the couch. Other than that the property was very clean and nice.

This property is need of TLC. The garage roof was torn and a hole had rotted through it. Repairs were done to the outside steps and Nails Are Sticking Out. The beds are broken down and need replacing. The front door is hard to open and close. The couch smells. the overall property needs to be cleaned, trash laying around and weeds. And the garbage was piled up what looked like for a couple weeks. The deck needed to be re-stained.

This is a great rental if you have a group that needs 2 to 3 beds. There are three bedrooms. There were extra towels, which I appreciate and things for the most part were very clean. The few things that need to repair, the management company said they would be over to fix shortly. This was a great place to rent to get up to Broadway and the music and the other activities of Nashville.

They drove by just to check out the location before we were able to check in. I contacted management because the carport had holes it and was falling in. At first, they said they knew nothing about it and told me to send pictures. After I sent pictures, they said they were aware of the situation and it wouldnā€™t affect our car. We parked in the other spot and made it work. We went back later to check in and found the deck area was not at all what it pictured on the website. There was not a couch up there., there were cushions in a deck box, but nothing to put them on The carpet underneath the plastic chairs on the deck was all torn up. We planned on utilizing the deck to hang out after the half marathon, but we were unable to do that. I requested a partial refund and they told me they do not give refunds at all. If youā€™re at all looking for a place to sit outside, this is not the place to stay. The outside is dirty and has lots of weeds. The master bed was OK. The other two were very uncomfortable. It was a place to stay and thatā€™s all.The first picture is of whatā€™s advertised the second picture is what you actually getI only put down one stars because I was not able to leave them blank

This was easily the worst VRBO experience I have ever endured. There was zero communication about check in procedures and location specifics. The apartment is literally connected to an animal hospital. AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL!! We parked under a dilapidated parking cover- the ceiling was literally falling in and in danger of falling onto the car. The stairs to the apartment were rickety and dangerous. Once inside, one of the bedrooms was sagging so badly that the drawers on the bedside table wouldnā€™t stay closed!! It was too late at night to seek other accommodations so we had to sleep there and the beds were like sleeping on a carpeted floor with pillows that felt like folded blankets. There were dogs barking and dumpsters slamming all night and neither of us slept at all. It was truly horrible!! Thankfully we had family to stay with for the remaining 2 nights. I contacted the management company the morning after our horrible night asking for a full refund and so far, no response. I would avoid this place at all costs!!!

The listing is not accurate. The communication during our stay was great. Location was fine, but if you're looking to be walking distance to the tourist attractions this is not the place. My hope is that management works on the property, because it really has the potential to be what they advertise.

Was difficult to find at night. Inside was fairly clean and looked like the pictures. 2 of the 3 beds were not comfortable. The car parking area had giant holes in the roof with boards hanging down and we only parked in the car port half way hoping nothing fell onthe cars.The wind blew off a big rubber matting and we reported it but nobody came to fix it. The outdoor patio was nice but the carpet under neath was deterated so bad that it brought in the materials inside. This place could be nice just needs some work. nibuunderneathour cars. The stay was affordable and lots of privacy. Location was near target if anything was needed and close enough to Uber to downtown bars. Communication was quick and effective with the management company, answering my questions immediately. Only cleanliness concern was in the outdoor garbage area, it looked like a previous tenant had left a mess behind but to no fault of the management team. It did not impact our stay whatsoever and they responded quickly when we notified them.

The owner responded promptly to our questions. The stay was convenient to a Target/ Trader Joeā€™s & a few shops/ restaurants. The inside was a bit dated but as pictured. Had everything we needed for a short stay. We visited Universities nearby and not at rental much of the day. However, The property was situated behind a Vet. The VRBO sits on the 2nd floor in the back of parking lot above the dumpsters. The 90+ temps did not allow us to utilize the outdoor deck nor would we want to. The smell was distracting and the outdoor space was not as pictured. If you are looking for a short term stay with parking - this space works. If you want a bit more atmosphere during your stay on site this is not the space for you.

Overall it was great! It was a little tricky find and get into the property but once we got past that it was fun. The parking was a little inconvenient but we figured out how to make it work for 3 cars. Itā€™s in a convenient spot so that helped. Great stay!

We spent 5 days using this property as our home base. The accommodations were perfect. This is tucked in behind a few other businesses, so it was hard to find initially, but that was the only issue. Getting to any venue, shops, and dinning was super easy. If we return to Nashville, we will be looking for this property first.

The location was great it was near everything, the place was very clean, check in was easy, parking fine. If I would say anything I think the host could do more in terms of providing the littles things lick more towels, more cleaning supplies, more pots and pans. I also think a guess book with instructions would have been helpful. Also, the shower in the master bed room really needs a soap dish.

The unit was clean but could use some TLC. The outdoor patio furniture was broken, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the shower could use some regrouting. The location is in a safe area with some eateries and stores nearby. It is about a 10 min drive to midtown and 20 min drive to downtown with no traffic. It was roomy enough for our party of 5 and worth the price.
