Graduation

My wife and I and several members of our family were in town for my son’s graduation from Belmont. Wanted a house that could hold all of us comfortably and wanted it to be conveniently located to various spots. This house did not disappoint. House was very clean and the accommodations were very comfortable. Thanks for helping make the occasion memorable.

Weekend in Nashville

The house was perfect for our party of 8 adults. Very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials. A lovely patio as well although it was too cold to sit outside. Lots of parking. A little further out from main attractions so expect to have a significant Uber bill by the end of the weekend

Beautiful location and great communication from host

We had a 5-day company event at this VRBO and it went really well. Ethan was great to work with and quick to respond when we had questions. The space was beautiful and clean. There is plenty of street parking as well which was convenient. The house is in a great location and close to lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend!

We loved the updated house and the proximity to downtown. The accommodations and provisions provided over-exceeded other VRBO's we have stayed in. Great neighborhood for walking your furry friends. Highly recommend. We will refer out and would stay again.

Family Weekend Nashville Getaway

The home is large, well-stocked, and beautiful. All of the bedrooms are great. The kitchen/family room is perfect for the whole group to hang out in. The outdoor area is outstanding. Great location -- less than a 10 minute drive to everything. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable Stay

We (Six Adults & two dogs) had an enjoyable stay at this property! Ethan is very easy to work with and even allowed us to check in a little early when my daughter's flight changed. The home is comfortable and provides enough rooms/beds to give everyone space. We were able to navigate Nashville easily from this home's location and had a great time!

Beautiful and Convenient for a Group!

This property was just PERFECT for my sister’s bachelorette party! Plenty of space, plenty of linens and towels, a great open kitchen and living room for dinner and games, and the deck and balconies were awesome to look out onto Nashville’s beautiful views. Thank you for an awesome experience and a great home to stay in. Our host was easy to get a hold of and messaged back quickly whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back! Awesome!

Beautiful home very well laid out for large groups!

We took a large group of 11 girls to Nashville for the weekend and after searching and searching finally made a decision on this property. The layout of the house is PERFECT for large groups or large families. Very clean, very sharp. It was a very short uber ride to downtown or anywhere you want to go. There’s a gym within walking distance. We had to reach out to the owner and he was fantastic at communicating with us and taking care. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great home !

Home was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern and brand new ! Great communication from owner at all times. Beds are super comfortable and there are all the amenities you will need. Highly recommend and will be back on my next trip .

Amazing home in a great location

I was in town with a group of friends for a long weekend and this home was amazing. The house is brand new and has very high end finishes throughout. The beds were very comfortable and there was tons of room so my group of 5 guys never felt cramped. It was especially nice having 4 bathrooms. The home had a digital lock and the homeowner provided all the necessary info via messages over VRBO. They even provided water bottles and Kurig Coffee. The house is located very close to everything and it was never more than a 10 minute ride to downtown and the gulch and places like Top Golf, Go Carting, and the Tennessee Gun Club were 15-20 mins away. Definitely will look to stay in this home again for my next trip to Nashville.

Amazing Property, great for families and groups!

Host provided lighting fast responses and accommodated our needs we’ll above and beyond his requirements. House was super clean and great layout to allow guests to sleep that wanted to and others to visit without disturbing the others. Location of the house, short Uber ride to downtown and close to many other restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay here again! (40th Bday with 12 guests)

Fantastic!

This house is amazing - so beautiful and perfectly set up for a great visit with a big group/family. Bedrooms are situated so that they are quiet even when there are people in the main living spaces. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again
