Welcome to your private retreat on 1+ acres only 8 miles/10 minutes from downtown Nashville! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has been completely transformed inside and out to be the perfect vacation rental for every kind of group! Amenities include: New deck and privacy fence, fire pit, outdoor seating, bbq grill, GAME GARAGE, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, all new furnishings, bar, etc. all on fully fenced 1+ acres! All basic supplies included with your stay!

PETS WELCOME! Ample parking for all vehicles, trailers, etc.

The one level house is situated on 1.2 acres with a fully fenced backyard that includes a brand new deck with outdoor seating, huge fire pit with chairs, picnic table, hammock, bbq grill etc. The house is 1850 square feet and 4 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a huge detached garage that includes ping pong, TV, foosball, pop a shot, cornhole, darts, bumper pool/poker table, fridge, yard games, etc.! The property is well lit, has plenty of parking, and even includes a small stream! Only 8 miles to downtown Nashville and very close to numerous restaurants, bars, etc.

This was a great place to stay! The host is friendly and helpful. The house felt so much like home. My dogs had all that room to run, and that was one of the best parts. We live in the country on a farm. My dogs are used to having free roam of a very large area, so this was just wonderful for them We felt like we were right in the middle of everything. Plenty of delivery services available. We had mostly everything we needed at the house. Extras and stuff we forgot were easy to access through a Walmart order. We had a great trip with no worries We will definitely stay here again!!

This was my first time actually booking an VRBO, and to say I was pleased is truly an understatement! Austin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as can be, and even brought over new games mid-week! Like how freaking cool! - I could genuinely go on and on, this stay was top tier, from coziness, to comfort, to having a safe place for baby to sleep (heck yeah had a pack and play), to creating all the most amazing memories for my sons first family reunion! I 100% recommend this stay, you won’t be disappointed.

It is a beautiful house and is very spacious. Loved the fenced back yard for my littles. Host was friendly and quick to repond to us. He allowed for our rquest. We had a problem with the fridge and he was working on fixing that and offered another option for our stay. We would definately stay there again if in the area!!

Perfect spot for family!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. There was more than enough space for our family of 5 and dogs. The game garage kept the teenager busy and we took advantage with a whole ping pong tournament. We were also able to play a wiffle ball game in the backyard. It’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood and still close to downtown. We loved our stay and would happily visit again!!

In town for family visit and Packers vs Titans game

We enjoyed your property and used just about everything...porch, grill, game room, tables (big one for games, small tall one for a puzzle), back yard. Never got a chance to use the fire pit (one of the many reasons we chose this place)...it was just too warm (90s). All in all, it was a nice place and we may be back again (talking about it in a year or two). And the dog really enjoyed the free range of the big back yard(he's leashed in our yard).

Great for families

This was a family gathering of 10 from age 7 to grandparents. We enjoyed our stay, with a bed and table seating for everyone. There was plenty of cooking utensils for a big family dinner. The game room was fun for all ages and we enjoyed the fire pit and the deck area. An easy drive around town. We all went to the zoo and Sunday the girls went to the Mall.
