RENTAL AGREEMENT
A separate short-term rental agreement is required and will be sent through the booking platform`s messaging after booking. It must be signed within 72 hours of booking confirmation and before check-in. The agreement covers occupancy, house rules, damage responsibility, additional charges, and dispute resolution. Failure to sign may result in cancellation in accordance with the booking platform`s policies.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Reservation payments are processed through the booking platform. The payment schedule and cancellation policy displayed when you book govern your reservation.

EVENTS AND GATHERINGS
The cottage is not available for events or gatherings. Visitors beyond the registered guests require written approval in advance. Unapproved gatherings may result in termination without refund to the extent permitted by applicable law and the booking platform`s policies.

COMMERCIAL FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Commercial filming, photography, and content production, including brand shoots, sponsored or influencer content, music videos, and productions with a crew, require written approval at least 14 days in advance and carry a fee of $3,000 per shoot day, invoiced separately after approval. Personal photos and videos for private use are welcome.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras are located at the cottage entrance and around the perimeter of the property. There are no indoor cameras. Do not cover, disconnect, or tamper with camera equipment.
