This gorgeous brand new Five Points Bungalow is 2500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a 2 car garage. 2 Miles from downtown. 1/4 mile from 5 Points. 1 mile from Grocery store. Our property sleeps 10 people.
We are within walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville. 5 minute Uber ride downtown. Google Fiber 1 gig WiFi.


We provide Luxury for Less. We know what guests want...Comfortable beds with soft linens and plenty of blankets and pillows. Beautiful décor. Stocked kitchen. Free parking. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping....even live music.


With 4 fantastic bedrooms, all uniquely designed and comfortable so all guests will feel like they have plenty of room. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor. There is a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances.

We provide shampoo , Conditioner and soap. We also provide laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Trash bags. Toilet paper. Two double rolls per bathroom.

Master bedroom- King size bed and full bathroom with double vanity and double shower heads.

No SMOKING permitted, if someone smokes, they must do away from all doors and windows in backyard.

The house was comfortable and roomy for our family. The kitchen was stocked with spices and other essentials. This was the best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. I would highly recommend this home and location for a great visit to Nashville.

Our Holiday 2025 stay at this property was simply perfect. From the pet-friendly option that allowed our son and his small dog to be with us for most of the time to the incredible layout of the first floor made for a cozy vacation with our adult children. This house is amazing! It was very clean and well stocked! Lots of room to put our stuff, in the kitchen, in the bathrooms and bedrooms! The neighborhood was also awesome! Neat places to eat, drink and shop for things we forgot! Felt very safe walking the neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, a maintenance worker was on site repairing the hot water heater. We were given advance notice by the owner. Also the gas fireplace was difficult to operate with no instructions. The owner stopped by to enable it. however we could not operate later upon his departure. Suggestions would be to add more couch pillows and easier operation of the gas fireplace with the touch of a switch. I was a bit surprised with required cleaning upon departure, as my fee including cleaning.

Perfect stay in a great location!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property with our family. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. The teens especially loved the foosball table, which kept them entertained during downtime.The layout of the home gave everyone plenty of space to spread out, while still allowing us to stay connected and enjoy time together. The neighborhood was amazing—quiet, safe, and just 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. We came for a cheer competition in Nashville and it was easy access to the Gaylord and Broadway! House was amazing with having all the things we needed. Plenty of towels. Amazing beds. Beautiful home! Perfect house!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect – just far enough from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to some adorable shops that we could walk to them in just a few minutes. It was so nice to be able to explore the local area on foot and discover some unique little boutiques and cafes. The place itself was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. We felt right at home. Perfect for us

There were four couples (3 couples were my kids and spouses) and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom, the kitchen and living area accommodated all of us comfortably. It was a short LYFT ride to downtown Broadway and pretty close to the airport. We would all definitely stay here again.
