  • FABULOUS nieuwbouw aan de rand van The Gulch / Downtown Nashville. House ligt op enkele minuten afstand van Broadway, 12th Ave South en The Gulch. Music Row, Vanderbilt Univ. en Belmont Univ liggen op loopafstand. Snelle toegang tot het centrum en de snelweg. Dit is je leuke huis. Ruime bonuskamer en dakterras bieden vrij uitzicht op de stad. Moderne afwerking, open plattegrond en hardhouten vloer. Voorpatio / binnenplaats met gras en speeltoestellen. Bijgevoegde garage voor 2 wagens.


    DE LOCATIE
    - Aan de rand van de Gulch / Downtown Nashville, het huis ligt op enkele minuten afstand van Music Row, 12th Ave South en de Gulch.
    - Slechts 5 minuten rijden naar het centrum en belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zoals Broadway, The Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, The Bridgestone Arena en Nissan Stadium.
    - U kunt lopen naar Vanderbilt Univ. in ongeveer 10 minuten en Belmont Univ. in ongeveer 20 minuten.
    --Parkeren voor 2 auto's in de aangebouwde garage, 2 auto's op de oprit en 4 auto's langs de voorweg, allemaal gratis.


    IN HET HUIS
    --Op de eerste verdieping vindt u een open woonkamer met een prachtige hardhouten vloer en een keuken met bijna alle keukengerei die u nodig hebt. Er zijn twee queensize slaapbanken en een 65 "LG TV.
    --Op de 2e verdieping beschikt onze hoofdslaapkamer over 2 queensize bedden en een ruime hoofdbadkamer. Twee extra slaapkamers op dezelfde verdieping bevatten elk een queensize bed en een slaapbank voor twee personen en delen een badkamer.
    - Op de 3e verdieping is er een 4e slaapkamer met een queensize bed, een tweepersoonsslaapbank en een badkamer. Er is ook de entertainment kamer met drie queensize slaapbanken en een 55 "LG TV, evenals extra slaapruimte. Het dakterras ligt direct buiten en biedt een prachtig vrij uitzicht op de skyline van Nashville.
    --Voor uw comfort zijn alle slaapbanken uitgerust met traagschuimmatrassen. Als onze gasten ontvangt u het comfort van thuis met een startpakket shampoo, zeep, papieren producten en handdoeken en beddengoed van hotelkwaliteit.

The perfect place for our mothers/daughters Nash Bash. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. The three-level house has multiple rooms with multiple beds and was able to accommodate our party of 11. I’m a stickler for a good bed and the beds were very comfortable. The location is a short Uber ride to the Broadway bars (if that’s your thing). Sadie’s restaurant walking distance was great. Short Uber from airport. Great spot for large groups. Five stars!

Our group of 12 had a fantastic stay! Don was accommodating and very responsive whenever we needed something or had questions. The property was well stocked with basics and was perfect for our group. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is safe and walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and Vanderbilt. I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay. The area is walkable to the Gulch, Midtown and Broadway. Would definitely recommend staying here The owners were quick to responding!

Clean house, great location. Had everything that we needed for a group of 12. Hosts were accommodating and let us check in a bit early and even asked if we would need late check out. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Nashville.

Weekend in Music City with family/friends

10 adults stayed for a long weekend. Everything was as listed, great area close to all the hot spots. Uber 5-10 min to Broadway , 20 min to airport/and the Opry. Would stay again of the opportunity arises.

50th birthday in Nashville

What a great house for a large group. We loved the house so much room, everyone had a place to sleep. We had a group of 10 and never felt crowded. The location of the house is just a short Uber ride anywhere. The gulch neighborhood is so close you can walk to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again highly recommended! Host was great too!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nashville. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house was nicely appointed, and very well-maintained. The owners were very kind and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Very responsive owners

This townhouse was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the shopping in the Gulch and a Short Uber ride to broadway. The townhouse itself was clean & had everything you needed…spices, pans, utensils, extra blankets, pillows, towels! Celine & Don have this place well stocked. They were also very responsive and helpful. Would recommend staying here!

Great Nashville Home near The Gulch

All I can say is top notch! Top notch hosts, accomodations, bathrooms, TVs, hang out space, beds, bedding, kitchen supplies, and location, location, location! So easy to get downtown and to restaurants. We were here for a Vanderbilt appointment and it was just minutes away - so convenient. The hosts added touches that made our stay easier - coffee pods, spices, plenty of towels, plenty of shampoo/conditiiner in baths, a snack bowl, laundry staples, just so nice! Absolutely recommend staying here!

Great stay!

This property was great for our group of 9 men to meet for a Super Bowl party. We were located close to everything we needed. The only negative was the number of pull outs instead of regular beds. We were nine full size men, but we made it work! I would highly recommend this property and host!

Modern Home Near Downtown/Vandy/Gulch

Our group of 11 stayed here to celebrate a family member's birthday. The home was exactly as advertised! There were enough, very comfortable beds for everyone, it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were able to have groceries delivered which was an added plus. The location was perfect, we all felt safe and were within a short Uber ride to favorite local spots. If we return to Nashville we will definitely book with Don again!

Nashville Birthday Bash

This property was very accommodating for 10 adults and the location was really good. The Gulch was an easy walk and Broadway was a short Uber ride. We walked down to Broadway and Ubered home. The home was clean and well stocked. Best of all, were Celine and Don. They were GREAT hosts who were quick to respond to any of our requests. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking to accommodate a large group in Nashville.

Wish I could give 10 stars

I’ve stayed at many short term rentals and not one we’re as clean and true as listed as this. Additionally, Don made the check in and check out process as seamless as it could be with multiple proactive text messages with entry codes and wifi. Ubers we’re short and cheap to downtown and all 12 of us had more than enough room to stay comfortably. I’ll be saying here next time we’re in Nashville. Thanks Don!

Nashville Gem!

A great place!!! The owner was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a large group in town for a graduation and the amount of spaces for people to gather and visit within the house was perfect for us. The top floor with the outdoor roof was top notch! There was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the outside and the indoor space as well. The linens were plentiful and the house provided everything you could need. We have been to other places where the owner provided the bare minimum or less. Not here! The beds were also very comfortable and the house has been well taken care of. Can't say enough good things about the owner and this place. We highly recommend it!

Awesome Stay

I don't often leave reviews but this home was exceptional. We were traveling with 7 adults and there was more than enough room with spare beds left over. The younger adults enjoyed the top floor, game table and roof deck. Kitchen and living area were on bottom floor so you could definitely find privacy in this 3 floor house. Three floors of stairs if you plan on going up and down from the top floor. Free off-street parking was easy and getting around with rental and ubers was not a problem. Neighborhood was quiet and only a quick ride to downtown Nashville. Girls weren't comfortable walking around neighborhood at night but that was more caution than anything else. Owners were receptive in email and text. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Bonus was the owners didn't leave a long list like some other rentals about everything you had to do at checkout. Great stay, would definitely rent it again. If you have a large group, perfect spot if you want some quiet at the end of the night. Vanderbilt University is nearby as well.
