Lots of off street parking on a very large private driveway that can park 8 cars - no searching for a street parking spot or paying to park your car. Awesome shaded brick patio with a fire pit and charcoal grill just outside the kitchen back door, perfect for coffee or dinner and drinks. Iron outdoor table and chairs with cushions. Beautiful 1/3 acre lot - just let the kids play while you enjoy the birds singing.

The home is personally cared for by me and my oldest son - not a rental agency. We change all the sheets, towels and shower curtain liner with every rental. All the beds are triple sheeted with soft high cotton sheets - just like a 5 star hotel. We also dust mop the floors, steam clean the kitchen and the bathroom floors and vacuum all rugs. And of course the kitchen and bathroom surfaces are thoroughly cleaned as well.
We also check all TVs and lights to make sure they are functioning before you check in.

The home has the fastest wi-fi available with 4 HDTV’s. A 32” in all 3 bedrooms and a 50” in the living. Helps to keep everyone happy doing their own thing.

Fully stocked GE kitchen has all new appliances - side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, 5 burner electric stove with convection oven, over the range microwave and very quiet dishwasher. House also has a large variety of small kitchen appliances - crock pot, toaster, wine opener, can opener, foreman grill, pressure cooker, dual kerig / regular coffee pot and enough dishes to serve 12. Cooking and baking is easy with a large selection of bakeware, casseroles and pots and pans. Dining table with 6 chairs plus 4 folding chair in the living room closet for extra seating.

Bathroom has a full size fiberglass tub/shower with a curved shower curtain rod for a roomier shower. New ADA approved toilet with dual flush option. Hair dryer, makeup mirror and curling iron supplied so you don’t have to pack yours. Shampoo, soap and toilet paper is also supplied.

Brand new central heating and air unit for year round comfort in every room. Plus ceiling fans in every room except the bunkbed room.

The house has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 7 without even opening a sleeper sofa. 2 king bedrooms on opposite ends of the house and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. The house is great for 2 couples with kids or 3 couples. Need more sleeping area? There is a queen or twin sofa sleeper in the living room. Unfortunately the queen and twin sleeper sofas can not be opened and used at the same time.

The house is 2.6 miles from the airport so you will hear and see planes. Just want you to know this. You will not be disturbed by them inside the house, it has noise abatement windows throughout. You can check out the map showing the general area that my house is in before you rent it. It is super convenient when you’re coming into Nashville or leaving by plane.
