Summary:
This property is located close to the interstate so that you can get on a drive and get down to Nashville in a hurry if needed. I didn't do a ton of extras (art on the wall, random decorations, etc) so I could keep the price down and provide people with a good place to stay at a reasonable price. All the beds are MEMORY FOAM. The master bedroom is the only one with a TV besides the living room.

Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy:

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay applies.

My team is available daily from 7 AM to 8 PM CT to assist with any questions or concerns. For food deliveries, you can use shipt dot com for delivery services.

Occupancy and Fees:

Normal sleeping capacity is 6. We allow up to a maximum of 8 guests per reservation.
An Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night applies for the 7th and 8th guests.
Guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.
Check-In and Check-Out:

Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly rate if before 11 AM Central.
Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability with the following fees:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies:
Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
