We were told there was only one luggage cart and that it was likely in someone's room since the staff couldn't locate it in the hallways. 'To start it says it’s a hotel and it’s a refurbished crack Motel. The room was semi clean with silverfish in the tub and ants on the floor. There was no cold water that ran in any faucet and the tub didn’t drain well so I was standing in someone else’s guck. They had a kitchenette with an induction and no cooking dishes or utensils no dish towels or dish cloths. There was towels for one person in a king suite and no trash cans available. Talked to the management and they weren’t willing to do...
