'Leuk hotel, goed gelegen aan het strand. Comfortabele kamers maar beetje verouderd, toe aan opfrissing. Zeer vriendelijk kamer/receptie/barpersoneel, bediening restaurant nogal nonchalant en traag. Veel extra charges: resort fee $30/dag, valet parking $30/dag. Na uitchecken en betaling werd een extra room charge gedebiteerd voor minibar item dat niet verbruikt werd. '

'Everything was perfect!! Our 9th visit and fell in love with this hotel when we got there for the 1st time. For us, European, pretty expensive but worth the money!! Can’t imagine a better a hotel with the same atmosphere. Will definiately get there again if possible! '

'Nice property, fair price on a great location. Hotel allows free use of bikes, which is a necessity in this 'residence only parking' area. Close to 5th Street. Unfortunately lots of private jets fly over this hotel.'

'We had a wonderful time in Michelle’s condo and already booked for next February! The condo was very clean and loved the new furniture in the living area. She answered any questions we had quickly too. We have stayed in Naples Bay Resort for the last four years and the first time at Michelle’s and we loved it.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this unit, and enjoyed the area. This unit was very cozy, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Hogfish Harry's was located at this resort, and had a fantastic dinner! I highly recommend this restaurant. The host was very communicative and informative. Most of all for us, this unit was in a perfect location for us to visit a friend, she was only 8 minutes away from our unit and we were blessed to be so close to visit her every day.'

'This property is gorgeous and very well stocked!!! We have been to Treviso Bay for several winters and this location is by far our favorite! We love its location within the community. Our daughter and family ( 6 yr old and 4 yr old) loved the pools, fishing in lake and especially playing the games in their well stocked cabinet! SORRY became the family favorite! Eric and Jo are easy to contact and furnishings are gorgeous!! Great location within Naples! Close to fabulous restaurants and...

'We loved the unit and its location on a quad with a nearby pool. It is a very nice unit and owner communication was excellent. Totally out of the host's control was extensive, daily roof and building repairs right across the street and on units surrounding the quad. Heavy lifts, forklifts and crews motoring through at high speeds. This is all on Ole who could have managed the noise much better by not allowing crews to cut through the quad area.'

'Property manager was great, communication was great. The property was not up to standards I believe for the price. Could use some updating.'

'Wat een fijn hotel. Fietsen die je (gratis) drie uurtjes mag meenemen om door het stadje te toeren. Super centraal gelegen. De service bij aankomst was geweldig. Een dame met knot was super vriendelijk en regelde dat we nog snel een hapje konden eten ondanks dat het laat was. Groot contrast met de dame met lang grijs haar die ons uit checkte. Nogal een kil afscheid. '

'De appartementen zijn ontzettend ruim en netjes en hetzelfde geldt voor het complex. Alles ziet er verzorgd uit, het zwembad, het restaurant, het groen. Als we een minpunt moeten noemen dan is het dat het toch zo’n 20 minuutjes van Naples downtown ligt en er in de directe omgeving niet echt gezellige restaurants zijn.'
