'Excellent hotel, with modern style and flair. Room was very well appointed, very clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the modern conveniences and super fast internet. Staff are amazing…from check in through the entire stay, courteous and always there to help. Special mention to the Westin Club staff who were just wonderful. Gym ( with pool and sauna) is very good. Very good range of restaurants, specialities…the Italian restaurant was fantastic, as was the lobby bar and cafe/bakery...

'Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, right next to a subway station and walking distance from Myeong-dong. Huge room, lots of space for sitting, unpacking and some closet space too. Bathroom straight from a magazine. Daily complementary water, tea and coffee. Very helpful staff. Some small cons The hotelroom is fully carpeted (apart from the bathroom) which is, especially being a pet-friendly hotel... a choice. The room was also very warm. Aircon wouldn't go below 23 degrees C....

"Great and clean accommodation. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Myeongdong city centre is at walking distance and also the subway lines are a few minutes walk away. The food of the hotel restaurant is off high quality. My partner even said she had the best pasta of her life here, so go check it out! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Seoul station and discount on the Express train to Seoul Incheon In. Airport. Make sure to make use of this service :)"
