'Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge. Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice...

'I had a wonderful 8day stay at Eka Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. Excellent service and hospitality throughout'

'Highly recommended. Extremely helpful staff, very comfortable room and the grounds and garden are beautiful. There is a large pool and lots of places to relax in the gardens and several different restaurants to choose from. The airport transfer service was also excellent and waited for me despite my flight being very late.'

'Spacious rooms in a great location'

'This is a very new hotel. It’s the sister hotel to Argyle and can be accessed directly or through Argyle. There is a “bridge” between the hotels. Same management. 'Staff very friendly. Check in was efficient. Room very well maintained and clean. Bart had life music which was nice. Good atmosphere. '

'Good full breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean'

'Always wonderful staying at BW. Been staying at BW since the days it was known as Town Lodge. Really great to see major improvements over the years with management actually implementing suggested changes by guests. BW recently took over management of the Apartments, so I stayed there this time round. They are very private and quiet, with a nicely maintained serene garden. The place makes you forget the madness of the city. It’s outside the main building, which offers more privacy, but you will...
