'Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. 'I had a wonderful 8day stay at Eka Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. Excellent service and hospitality throughout'

Really great to see major improvements over the years with management actually implementing suggested changes by guests. BW recently took over management of the Apartments, so I stayed there this time round. They are very private and quiet, with a nicely maintained serene garden. The place makes you forget the madness of the city. It’s outside the main building, which offers more privacy, but you will...
