'This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will...

'Great views of the sea, the Ferris wheel and Kobe Tower. Right next door to Harborland malls for shopping and food. Ten minutes walk to JR and local lines. Staff is friendly and helpful and speak a bit of English.'

'The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English. I guess the place was more towards locals than international guests. Overall. It was a good experience.'
