The code provided by host was not accurate. Couldnt get in and when i called property owner she told me code was correct. Went back to property and had to get on facetime with host only to find code given was not correct. she provided a different code and when i went in the property had not been clean from previous visitors. I asked for a refund and she has not responded yet. I didnt stay at property.

This was by far the worst trip I 've taken to the beach and its usually a wonderful experience for us. The room was dirty and you could tell it hadn't been stayed in for some time. When I brought it to the owner's attention she simple brushed it off I don't recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money with her; you will be very disappointed. There is no Seaside Serenity here or Luxurious to this room.

Location of property was perfect. You do get ocean view however there is another veranda balcony before you in addition to part of the building covers your balcony. It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. When we walked in very fowl smell. I would encourage the owner to check it out as this wasn’t my best experience. All pools were closed so we didn’t even get to utilize any of that either.

It was a nice stay; room was clean & great location plus the room was really cool and dry (after braving the Myrtle Beach heat and humidity). Parking was a bit hectic - I would suggest parking over in the garage across the street.

I will never stay at this condo again and would not suggest it to others! Although the pictures are accurate, they do not depict the wear and tear (old toilet seat, holes in the wall where the towel rack was, and a falling shower rod). The closet was full of cleaning supplies so there was no place to hang clothes. There was also no hand soap or paper towels. Although the condo faces the ocean, the front of the building blocks half of the balcony because it is a corner unit. One direction does not offer a view of the ocean. The scheduled check-in time was 4 p.m., but I never received information about the room. When I didn't hear back from the host after 4 p.m., I had to get in touch with her to get the room information. We saw right away that the TV was broken. I sent her a message asking for the WiFi details and about the TV. Hours passed with no response. She texted me the WiFi details only after I called, and she promised to let someone know about the TV and have it checked/repaired. (I later read about the TV issues in previous reviews.) No one ever came to check on the TV. It goes without saying that during our entire stay, we were without a television. I asked the host after we checked out if we would receive some compensation for not having TV because that is what is advertised. She never answered! Communication with host was unacceptable! The condo was mediocre, but the amenities were decent. Definitely not worth what we paid for the room.

Great stay

The room was very clean upon entering and it smelled clean which was a very big plus. The view is great despite the building in front, be aware that the building up front can have people seeing into some of your space but we didn’t have any issues with it. The check in process was seamless, be aware that the host will send check in instructions at check in time the day of. (the room has a door code lock so no front desk stop), this process is different than other experiences I had so just be aware, the host is very communicative when needed. The bed is extremely comfortable! Pools were fantastic, there’s 2 pool/hot tub areas. The ground floor one was packed but there is another pool/hot tub area on the 7th floor that offered FANTASTIC sunset views while relaxing in the hot tub and there were not many people in that area. Will absolutely stay again.

My honest opinion

This review is my right to express my experience with this property (that I paid for as a consumer) and my involvement with the owner Sherry. I will share my opinion & experiences here to help other vacationers make an informed decision. For not only to aide in their enjoyment, but their health and finances. I informed her, following my week long stay from May 24th - May 31 (1) Several grievances pertaining to her property unit I vacationed at (2) A billing concern I had for a VRBO charge that showed up on my bank statement. My voiced grievances were: WiFi dropped out almost hourly. I had to run everything off my hotspot. There is no TV service, took a full 24hrs to respond (she just copy pasted the WiFi info from the day before). A cockroach. Should be noted. Broken shower curtain rod and towel rack (we'll get back to this!) and MOST importantly the POTENT mildew smell that has been mentioned by others. I'm a safety director of a global corporation. This property should be properly investigated for safety/respiratory reasons in my opinion. Again, my experience is in line with multiple others recorded reviews (6-7 others). About the towel rack that I brought up! She 100% charged me 249 on 6/10/25 for the towel rack! (read reviews it was broke way before mentioned by multiple people just prior to my stay). I even video taped my exiting of the whole unit, every sf, and told her I had proof. 295 damage charge for 'put weight on towel rack and broke' Be warned

The suite was not cleaned is difficult to describe the smell in the suite. I don’t know if it’s humidity or something else. The space is nice and the view is too.There is no beach chairs or towels, no instructions for the wi-fi.

Terrible cleanliness and in need of maintenance

I would’ve appreciated the name of the hotel to know where I was going instead of just the address. It was a little confusing.Parking was not easy until we realized we the street after almost getting in several fender benders trying to get back out of the parking garage.The room smelled of fish. I don’t know if something was left in the refrigerator and went bad, but it was a very strong odor. The second you walked into the room.The bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair on the tub. The bathmat in the tub had mold on it. There was also mold up underneath the rim of the bathtub. I personally cleaned it, and when I tried to rinse out the tub, it was clogged and I ended up cleaning out a bunch of hair from the drain. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the shower curtain rod is broken coming out of the wall. The TV was not working. Something was spilled in the freezer and froze. I think it was fish juice or shrimp juice because when you opened it, it was pretty strong odor. The cabinets in the kitchen are in need of maintenance. The coffee pot was covered with grease obviously not wiped down the microwave had food inside of it. However, the linens seemed clean and the towel seemed clean. There was no place to hang anything in the closet. It was full of cleaning supplies towels, etc. also only one sliding door on it and no tissues only one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels or anything like that. There was also a lot of dust and dirt on the doors and walls

Owner was great, property was the issue

Sherry was great, very quick to communicate. Room was spacious, appliances were clean and worked well. Very handy to have. The issues we had, had nothing to do with Ms Sherry. This unit is located in a corner so your view is partially obstructed by the front section of the hotel. That front section has a hallway where people can unfortunately see in part of your space. It’s not as private as most would like. So just a heads up. The sun deck below you is a beautiful area for anyone to explore. Bonus point too is security walks around frequently! All in and all it’s a great place just a heads up. Once again sherry is wonderful, the resort just needs work.

I read all of the reviews after getting to the room and seeing that the floor was dirty and you could barely see out of the windows (ocean view was nice after cleaning the windows). All complaints from 4 years are still unfixed and not taken seriously from the owner or host at all. Could be a very nice place.

The view and proximity to the beach was bar none. The air conditioner in the unit leaked water the entire time we were present, so that within itself was very inconvenient. The shower curtain was mildew, so we burnt candles to mask the mildew smell. Location: 10 View: 8 Room: 5

Towel rack was broken, the furniture on the deck was full of water. There was a cockroach on the wall at the head of the bed. The elevators were broken on our last stay. That was a horrible experience.
