You won't believe how beautiful this unit is with all new wood look tile, granite and a lovely cultured marble tub, tiled kitchen and bath. All work completed 2/2017. This is a home away from home with direct ocean views and a modern renovation. The unit has all new sofas, chairs, and a dining table. We are local and there to help with all your vacation needs. This is a home, not a sterile hotel room!

Escape to a carefree vacation. Surrounded by Tropical landscaping and breath-taking views of the ocean from the balcony, living room and bedroom. The unit has a beautiful oceanfront view, including a clear view of the Ferris wheel, and the location was very convenient. It was close to the boardwalk, Ripley’s, Paula Deen’s, and other Myrtle Beach attractions, with Charleston about two hours away. That made getting around easy and enjoyable.The layout of the condo was a bit unusual, with the bedrooms located immediately as you walk through the front door, which took some getting used to. During our stay, the pool and hot tub appeared to be in need of repairs. Our daughter became sick in the pool, and the area had still not been cleaned up five days later.We also experienced two instances where our door was opened while we were not in the unit. Nothing was taken, and we later learned there was remodeling and door painting happening, but we were not notified ahead of time that staff would be entering the unit. In addition, we found several loose screws (approximately 4–5) in the south parking lot, which raised some safety concerns. On a few very windy days, strong gusts blew through and caused the blinds at the back door to move significantly.Overall, the views and location were excellent, but clearer communication, maintenance attention, and safety improvements would make this an even better stay.

The pictures of this property were beautiful and the view was awesome. Unfortunately, the unit was in need of repair and refurbishing. The electrical outlets were not safe which we reported directly to the owner. The building was old and worn and this was reflected in the unit. It was not clean. We won't be back.

Great stay. The condo is as listed. We stayed for nearly a week and were very comfortable. Everything was super clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was nicely kitted out for simple meals. View from the balcony is great and beach access is literally an elevator ride and a 1 minute walk. Also really appreciated the beach accessories in the condo like the chairs and mat. Parking was a breeze. LOVED the side windows that allowed us to see both the beach and the city.There is a constant hum that can be heard from the building's indoor pool house from the balcony and inside with the door open. It is loud enough to be heard even with the waves, and I'd encourage the condo owners to ask if this can be remedied as it dampened our enthusiasm for sitting outside. I am particularly bothered by low hums so it may not affect everyone.Travelers should be prepared to bring their own toiletries for their stay. Typically VRBOs I've stayed at provide these but this one did not. We also had to restock the toilet paper and paper towels as there was only enough for a couple of days and we were there a week. Finally travelers should be prepared that MB public works is installing a drainage pipe at 25th street, have built a temporary pier, and are doing active construction during the day. This did not adversely affect our stay but it was a surprise when we arrived. Construction is slated to end March 2026. All in all I would stay here again even with the minor downsides.

We had a lovely time here. We were hoping the view was actually as great as the picture showed, and we were not disappointed.! the view of the ocean was awesome and I spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony just watching the ocean and the people down below. The unit had a few quirks, but nothing major at all.. the kitchen was well stocked. There were comfortable chairs to sit in, TV was easy to work, It was nice to have luggage racks available in the lobby. I communicated with him a few times and she was very helpful and informative. She also gave a lot of information in her email about restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

A quick trip for my daughter's 16th birthday. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the pictures in the listing are very outdated. Construction pier has been erected just to the right of the condo as you look out to the water. I had specifically chosen this condo over many others based on the pictures of the views. Overall, I can see that the condo interior had been cutely decorated years ago, but because it seemed to have been very quickly "straightened up" and not really cleaned, it honestly just felt gross. I expected some sand on the floor (BEACH condo), but this was more than what is acceptable. Beds seemed to have been made up but sheets not washed (son found hairs and spots on his sheets and my pillowcase smelled like buttery popcorn?) Spare pillow & blanket for sofa bed were just thown in closet. I specified there would be 5 of us, but we were only given 4 towels/ 2 washcloths, which were put under the bath sink counter in an OPEN wire basket - right next to the toilet bowl brush and plunger. The travel toiletries were not laid out for us & the trash cans were not relined with trash bags - not a big deal (trash bags were under kitchen sink & complimentary toiletries in LR dresser drawer) but it just all added to the feeling that the condo was just straightened up by previous guests? and not actually cleaned. Wine bottle with thank you note for owner was left out on LR dresser. We could not access indoor pool. Owner responses were prompt, but not helpful.

Relaxing Getaway!!

This place was perfect to say the least. But to say a little bit more it was everything I had in mind. The beds were comfy, the decor was nice, and the shower was hot. I wanted a relaxing getaway next to the beach and that’s exactly what I found. I felt the privacy that may not always be experienced just staying at a regular hotel. The little touches such as the beach towels, cooler, and a kitchen made it all the more special. The balcony is nice and the view is something you won’t forget but will definitely miss. I took a solo trip and stayed for four nights. I only had to speak to the host once after going to NORTH Myrtle Beach instead of Myrtle Beach on my arrival so fyi (; But the host’s response was rapid. She was extremely helpful, kind, and just overall pleasant. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great views in Myrtle Beach

Nice and comfortable place, great view out two sides, and had everything we needed. Outside grassy area had nice loungers and tables. Easy access to the beach via a short boardwalk with a spigot to rinse off. Check in was clear and easy, Only downside was the construction on the pier prevented walking south on the beach, and machinery was noisy during the day.
