This updated OCEANFRONT cutie is located in the Iconic Atlantica One Building, it`s your Clean, Cozy retreat to return to at the end of each beach day!! It offers a great, relaxing stay with 2 king beds, 1 bath, 1 Kitchenette, 2 guests closets, small sitting area for chatting with your love ones with coffee or a glass of wine in hand and looking at incredible ocean to make the best memories.

It was set up to have that comfortable hotel beach vibe that`s so popular at Myrtle. It’s a privately owned condo on the 12 floor--END UNIT with INCREDIBLE VIEW. We`ve got so many compliments on our BEST COMFY Mattresses which to help you sleep like baby..... Large and Super clear LG 4k UHD Smart TVs( Movie nights!! ), also newer furniture, kitchen cabinets, linens, towels, S.S. appliances, etc. so many goodies.

Newly HVAC / Purified Air Flow, and air Filter is often changed.

Lovely Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare Simple Meals.

Attention: Smart lock SELF check-in system, please go straight to the unit, the code will be provided the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.

We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay. (before check in and after check out)

We are in building 1—small building ( more private) with outdoor pool, our guests have full access to enjoy our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2&3.
Free assigned parking lots across the street.

In the heart of downtown Myrtle, Walking distance to many attractions, Ocean front miles long Boardwalk, Amazing views and food at Rip Tydz Oceanfront & grill Rooftop bar, Gay dolphin gift shop ( so big you can get lost )!!! SkyWheel, great restaurants, bars, Cafes, night life, Starbuck`s, grocery store, mins drive to Broadway at the beach, urgent care etc.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No Pets, No events, subject to $250 fine each.
* Minimum age requirement is 21 years old to book a reservation, NO more than 4 people in condo at any time. There’re cameras in lobby and elevator can be used to verify number of guests, $250 fine for Extra guests.
* No smoking inside the unit and balcony! No pets, No events, any signs of these subject to $250.00 fine each.
* Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
* We provide the finest Towels for our guests to use, please take care of them, we charge for Missing, STAINED bedding, bath towels and Linens.( Replacement fee up to $60.00)
* Please DO NOT take our bath towels out of room to pools and beach.
* Please keep the Patio door Closed when you Use HVAC to make sure our HVAC system is not running hard, so you and other guests can be very comfortable when HVAC stay in a Good Condition.
* Amenities that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
* Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hampers in bathrooms, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone
*Personal Items Left Behind: The owners are not responsible for lost or misplaced items left behind.
