Located in quaint Pawley's Island, SC, this beautiful oceanfront condominium is the perfect spot for a family vacation or couples getaway.

Enjoy your private oceanfront view of white sandy beaches, both outdoor and indoor pools with hot tubs and lazy river.

Along with pool and beach fun, you can enjoy such activities as golf, tennis and beautiful walking and bike trails. Five star restaurants abound as do places worth exploring such as Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and plantation tours. Only twenty minutes away, you can enjoy amusement style fun in well known Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom with its private balcony, king size bed and large HD t.v. opens up to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach. The second bedroom and family room also have flat screen t.v.s with DVD players.
Exit cleaning is included for stays of 3 or more nights.

What a wonderful condo!! It is beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and has amazing views from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. It has everything you could possibly need and convenient to terrific golf courses and wonderful restaurants. The check in/checkout process could not have been easier. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a condo on the beach!!

We stayed for a short stay. Host was accommodating, the property is not updated, so beware like a previous recent listing if your looking for a completely updated unit this is not it and you lost likely won’t be happy, for the age of it it’s in ok shape with normal wear and tear, view is great, if the owners update they will have a luxury condo. I think the title is a bit deceiving on that.

The location is perfect, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool was conveniently located as was access to the beach. The beds in the condo were comfortable, and we appreciated our balcony overlooking the pool. The condo could use some updates, including dishes and cups which were sparse and chipped. We needed more specific directions about the correct guard house to use and for the keypad on the front door. The host was response when we contacted her with a problem. This property was one of the most beautiful and relaxing we have ever experienced.

Stay at Myrtle Beach every year but from now on will be staying at Pawleys Island. Not bad drive to Myrtle Beach attractions but much quieter and less crowded. Lots of dining nearby and a Food Lion very close. Great view of the ocean and my son loved the beach which wasn’t real crowded

The unit is old. In need of a face lift. The picture shows a table on the balcony that does not exist. The bath room rug is shredded and needs to be thrown away. I was asked to strip the bed. When I did I discovered the pillows were badly stained. Luckily we were sleeping with our own pillows. I was also asked to run a load of towels before I left. I did but I’ve never been asked to do that and at 580 dollars a nite i don’t think I should have had to The refrigerator froze some of our food. There are very nice views of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked acceptably. Not great. There are no coasters. There was no information about places to eat or visit on the island. I spoke to the host before doing a review. She essentially told me to have a nice evening Buyer be advised

Great location and communication

Location is perfect. Check in was easy and host was very responsive. Coffee and supplies were thoughtfully provided. Bonus: the non-king bedroom had its own air conditioner, perfect for our family that can never agree on the thermostat setting!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We loved our stay! Condo was perfect for 5 nights for our family of four. We loved the view of the ocean and pool. Litchfield by the Sea facility was wonderful and the beach was just gorgeous. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were a bonus. A few things to note, I would’ve appreciated a deadbolt lock on the door for added security, but gate security to enter property was nice to feel a bit safer. There was no shampoo, just bars of soap, so plan ahead. There were also no pool towels but tons of beach shops to purchase cheap ones nearby. Kitchen was fine, we didn’t cook much. Coffee pot was really nice, which I always appreciate in a rental home. Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards provided. We hope to be back again soon! Thanks for the wonderful week at the beach.

Great location Dirty condo

Serval things about the condo. The whole place was pretty dirty. After finding hair in the bed and the maid not changing the sheets just replacing the comforter I was very disappointed. Bread, cracker, crumbs etc on and under the furniture. Also it’s pretty dated. Like 1980s dated. I understand paying for location but the dated dirty condo was definitely not the way I wanted to spend my vacation.
