Luxury Angle Oceanfront Queen Suite - Completely Renovated & Perfect For 2! Palace Resort 603

This is an absolutely incredible, completely renovated, luxury romance suite located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 6th floor, angled oceanfront, studio apartment. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 2 guests.

In Spring of 2022, this apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates, and we can't be more excited to share them with you. To start, all carpeting was removed and new ceramic tile was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed and painted. The popcorn texture on the ceiling was removed and repainted, and the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the living area, a rock wall with a built-in fireplace was installed. Guests will enjoy the LED electric fireplace and the flat screen smart TV. Retractable blinds were installed over each window, and guests will be able to open and close them with ease. A new queen mattress and bed frame were installed, as well as a new headboard. Everything in this condo is brand new! The sofa and accent chair were custom made and newly installed in April 2022. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sofa, by the fire, and catching endless South-facing views! In the kitchen, the cabinets were refinished and stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. A new marble countertop was installed along with a tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and countertops tremendously! Guests will enjoy all new appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal are all brand new as well.

No expense was spared during the bathroom renovation. Out with the old, in with the new! The bathroom was gutted from floor to ceiling. A beautiful, tile, walk-in shower was constructed. The shower features an overhead rainfall shower head with a modern sliding glass door. Ceramic, marble subway tile was installed in the shower, and the tile continues along the walls of the bathroom; very nice and clean! A new toilet was installed. A brand new vanity, sink, and LED bathroom mirror were also installed.

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway. Unlike many other studios at the Palace, the hallway provides some separation from the rest of the condo. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage. The AC and water heater are located in a separate area beside the linen closet. Being an end-unit, not only will guests enjoy oceanfront views, but South-facing views as well. The glass windows around the living area truly make the unit special, and the views are breathtaking.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The 6th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a sofa, accent chair, coffee table, rock wall with built-in fireplace, smart TV, and access to the ocean view balcony.

The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy new tile floors, new paint, beautiful accent wall, new furniture, and modern decor as of Spring 2022! The homeowners spared no expense.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will also have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
