'definitely will be coming back to this resort! i booked the same day and process was smooth and easy!! was only there for one day but has direct access to the beach. many play water areas for the kiddos. truly was more than what expected, for the price it was. there is a $100 deposit on top of paying stay but u get it back if everything’s fine. truly enjoyed!'

'Excellent clean hotel close to the beach and has pool. The sand barrier is small at this part of the beach and makes ocean view so much better. The hotel is very modern and cozy.'

'Likes: I liked the access to the beach. Big bathroom with a soaking tub. Dislikes: You have to park a block over. So if you are a single woman, it's not very safe walking by yourself. Very noisy - the doors slams hard, it echos from people being in the pools. TV reception is very bad. '

'Stayed at Breakers Resort - Dunes loc (4 fl hotel) on May 2nd - May 5th. Late Birthday Chk-In, past 10pm. Drove up to registration, an older man reminded me to take photo of my plate for parking tag. I was instantly greeted w/smile by “Haley A “ who chk’d me in quickly & presented me w/coupon book including breakfast vouchers. The registration area was very clean and organized. 'Hotel charges daily parking fee. Parking is very limited. Only 4 floors of parking for a 9 story building. The day of check out (which is at 11am), 2 housekeeping came in to check if we were gone. One came in at 9:50am and the other one at around 10:15am. Room was clean but the bed's headboard was dirty.'

'Our trip was great. The only issue I had was that I requested a higher floor and they lift put me on the first floor in front of the pool. So while it was still an oceanfront room. Whenever I want to sit on my balcony, everyone at the pool and the restaurant could see in my room and my balcony. Also the shower was not as clean as I would like it but overall it was a great trip and I would stay again.'

'When this property was first built they would enclose the pool and hot tub area so that it would have an indoor pool and hot tub but we were disappointed to come this time and it was not enclosed and the pool isn’t heated. The wind off the ocean makes it very cold. We stay at Ocean Enclave in November 2023 as well and they didn’t enclose the pool area either. It was very cold and uncomfortable considering the amount of money spent for the stay. '

'Pool and hot tub were extremely well maintained. The exterior was nicer than the interior. Only problem was that guests would monopolize the lounge chairs.Leaving personal items and going to lunch.'
