Villa Apollonia is a wonderful property located in the area of Fanari, overlooking the crystalline Aegean Sea, offering to its guest magnificent views and unforgettable sunsets! Guest will have at their disposal a private infinity pool equipped with sunlounges, there is also a covered patio with table and bench, a perfect spot where to arrange al fresco meals while admiring the sea!

The villa is a traditional Greek stone building developing into two floors, elegantly furnished with all amenities needed; on the ground floor the entrance leads to a bright living area consisting in a large open space with sofas, dining table and fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Apollonia features three double bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The villa offers all kind of conforts such as free wifi, air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, private parking space and a safe box.

Neighborhood and transport:
Villa Apollonia is in a great location in a peaceful and relaxing area but at same time allow its guests to reach some of greatest place of Mykonos, the closest markets are about 3 km from the villa, same as for the nearest beach, the Steganos beach; Mykonos town is 6.6 km, the port is 4.8 km, and airport is 8.2 km.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check in: 3 pm; Check out: 11 am
No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the property
Security / Damage Deposit: 500 €
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Included in the rental price: daily maid service, and change of linen twice weekly.
