Villa Joy is a brand-new two-story maisonette located in Fanari area with a fantastic view of the sunset and the Aegean blue sea.
The villa features the typical architecture of the Cyclades, with stones and whitewashed walls, it develops on two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people (thanks to a built-in sofa bed and 1 single bed).
Entering the house we find on the ground floor a cozy living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a wooden table with seating for 6 people.

Going up through a few steps there are 2 bedrooms both with double beds and en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a lovely swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, patio, lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset.

Villa Joy offers all kind of comforts and amenities such as: air-conditioning, central heating, private swimming pool, outside lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, HI-FI, laundry facilities, daily housekeeping, daily maintenance and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday in Mykonos.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Check-in from 3.00 p.m.
Checkout within 10.00 a.m.
Security deposit: € 500 to be paid upon arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charge in case of damage.
Cleaning fee: € 80
Events not allowed.
