'Geboekte kamer bleek bij lange na niet aan verwachtingen te voldoen en toonde vele gebreken. Na 1 nacht kregen wij daarom een veel luxere suite (grandeur suite) met eigen Jaccuzi en massagestoel etc aangeboden. Dit was een prima oplossing. Het werd een prettig verblijf aan een mooi strand en een mooi zwembad. Service receptiepersoneel ver beneden de maat. Overig personeel biedt uitstekende service'

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu.
On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend.
Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'This hotel was perfect for us - we spent a week exploring Chennai, and found the location worked very well; there is easy access to the (easy to use) metro, a large mall is nearby, as well as coffee shops and inexpensive restaurants aplenty. The hotel itself is spotless, the staff very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. There's nothing FANCY here, but a clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and linen, and pleasant people to interact with. Perfect for our needs.'

Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Just the best staff ever! We were travelling with our 19 month old toddler and nothing was too much for the staff - they paid attention to our family, even did the check-in process via a tablet in our room so we are comfortable.
We stayed twice before and after our flight from Chennai Intl. We used Accords airport pick up and drop off service for additional charge - absolutely worth every penny- they were waiting for us, ushered us to the car, helped with luggage etc!
I have travelled a lot...

'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro.
The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks)
Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Prices are reasonable here (it still is Moscow after all). There might be more romantic and more luxurious...
