'We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

'Everything was excellent but I have some comments:
1- there was sewer smell in the bathroom a couple of times. Once, quite strong
2- one of the days of my stay I did not get the hand towels nor the face towels
