Part of what makes this place so special, aside from the historic building and vintage furniture, is the staff themselves. In particular, Juan was especially helpful, kind and polite. 'Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students. Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity. The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking. The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice. RECOMMENDED!!'

'A cool, quaint little hotel nestled in a real neighborhood of cafes, bakeries, and shops. It was a few minutes walk to the historic downtown and all it offers. This was a nice change from the faceless sterile hotel chains.'
