'The location is excellent. Room is very clean. Staff is super helpful! The bonus - They supply guests 4 bottles of water, two beers, two soda and some snack free of charge.'

'We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.'

'This is by far the best hotel I've ever been to in Milan! Super close to Duomo, safe neighbourhood and close to literally everything! Even though the hotel is situated in the city centre, it was so calm and peaceful. Breakfast was nice, and offered gluten alternatives. The room was very clean, and cleaned every single day, with new towels etc. The hotel bar was also excellent; we got a free drink every single night, on the house. Hotel staff at the reception was excellent! They were also very...

'Beautiful place!!'

'Big and clean room, comfortabel bed, friendly staff, good location.'

'Perfect hotel, super ontbijt, supervriendelijk personeel, enigste minpunt, lawaai buiten hotel. De vuilkar komt vroeg in Milaan 😂'

'Everything was amazing thank you. The check in process could be a little more accessible. Kther than that it was perfect.'

'Het enige minpunt was het povere ontbijt! Dit was onvoldoende uitgebreid voor een 5 sterren hotel en dus ook te duur.'

'Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, the room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. There is no breakfast service, but instead they provide a complimentary snack and drink corner for guests, with sweets and beverages available throughout the day. We actually found this very convenient and enjoyed being able to help ourselves whenever we wanted. The staff were also very kind and...

'We loved our stay at Casa Brera. Hotel staff were great. The hotel itself is very nice and well located. Breakfast was disappointing though.'

'An amazing hotel, a little gem located on a quiet street, less than 5 minutes away from Scala theater and from Duomo. This hotel is luxury at its best, I felt pampered and cared for during my 2 days stay. The decoration and designs are superb, the quality and attention to details, fabulous à la cart breakfast, and not at last, the professional staff, who managed to be friendly, warm and super supportive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you everyone at Casa Laveni...

'Friendly staff, great location near high-end shopping and extremely well-maintained rooms. Food selection is awesome and restaurants have great selections.'
