The staff is amazing especially the wonderful ladies that clean and handle the amazing breakfast. I stayed in Loft 10 it was a little warm but overall I would stay there again. 'This is by far the best hotel I've ever been to in Milan! Super close to Duomo, safe neighbourhood and close to literally everything! Even though the hotel is situated in the city centre, it was so calm and peaceful. Breakfast was nice, and offered gluten alternatives. 'Very clean and pretty hotel. Really great location. The rooms were VERY small, I know this is common in big cities in Europe but this was the smallest I’ve been in and the bathroom was so hard to be in as it was so squished. The shower was really nice however. As a newer hotel there is no gym yet which was disappointing. Also would have been nice to have wine in the mini bar. They could not accommodate early check in.
