« We truly enjoyed our stay this year and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp. There are a couple of different ways to approach this rental, and I would suggest taking the farthest "Oasis Road" turn off to the west if you're pulling a boat. « My only complaint is that we thought we were getting a private rental and turns out we were sharing the space with tons of mice. You can hear them in the walls, droppings everywhere and even a dead mouse in a trap in the hallway upon arrival. Management did not care at all. All kitchen drawers had droppings in them and everything had to be washed before we could use it.
