« The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

« Stopped in on a motorcycle trip for an overnight stay with a couple friends. Great location and clean. Communication with host was great. Gravel driveway but no issues with parking our bikes. »
