Thank you for your feedback in regards to your stay with us at St Patrick's Hotel. The hotel has 3 room types and the room type which you booked and paid for was our standard internal courtyard room. On your booking voucher this clearly states which room type needs to be provided to you on check in. If you had booked a room with a view this is always clearly stated on your booking voucher. Rooms with a view are priced differently to the standard rooms on offer. I do apologise for any misunderstanding occurring during your booking process.
