'The only nice thing about this place was the fish ponds view. Mold in my shower , broken ac wouldn’t turn on at all. Terrible staff the didn’t answer my many many calls. I ended up checking out an hour after check in because of how nasty it was. Never again '

'For a $600 3 night stay, i would have expected a bigger room. The room itself was good but the bathroom was so tiny. The sink is in front of the toilet so you have to turn to the side. The shower head was spraying out of the pipe. Looks like they tried fixing it but it got screwed on wrong. Otherwise, the property was great and the employees are so friendly. It IS noisy at night but it's not their fault. Some people play drums into the night at the beach. Would stay here again, but please make...

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'Great location - in the mix of several shops and restaurants and short walk to the beach. Nicely renovated, comfortable rooms. Staff was great. Worked hard on the upkeep of the common areas, court yard, pool.
Parking was the only headache, if you don’t want to pay for the public garage. You can park at the beach for free during the day and in the residential area off of the hotel at night.
Overall it was a great stay for my family. Would stay again. '

'Jewelry box was stolen while we were attending friends wedding. The first time it happened in 45+ years of traveling.
The hotel doesn't provide safes. The staff refused to help with anything. The manager just gave us a report and when we asked for specifics of the next steps he said that they can't do anything.
The location of the hotel is in the area with lots of homeless people. We stayed 4 nights and one of the nights the access to the hotel was blocked by the police dealing with...

'Super close to Seaworld and Beaches including Belmont Beach. It's not the newest on the outside so at first I was concerned but the inside was fantastic and staff was great and everything inside was very clean and nice. Didn’t even go look at pool so can't say anything either way there. Free paking and so close to the things we were going made this property perfect for us. '
