'Great place! The price point in the state matched. Great location right in the middle of everything Hood River has to offer. It was nice to walk everywhere. The hot tub was perfect and the sauna is a great hot temperature 195°. We stayed in a king size river view. Because the hotel was built in 1905, all the windows are small, but the views were very nice. 'Breakfast area was great. Not as happy with the desk staff at check-in. Asked for top floor, got 3rd floor instead. Advertised cookies in the evening, but no cookies were provided. Clerk said frozen shipment had not come in. Ice machine was broken the night we were there but was fixed by next morning. Room was nice so we were happy with that. '
