'It suited my purpose. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Only disappointed that when I arrived early all the way from America, they didn't allow me to check in for several hours when the place was empty, and they didn't offer to let me leave my heavy backpack with them while I waited. I had to walk around with it for a long time. Also, it was a hot day, and when I asked how to use the air conditioner in the room, rather then just pleasantly give me the remote for it, I had to hear a comment about it...

'Prachtig hoog gelegen en goed onderhouden hotel in dit Griekse stadje waardoor mooi uitzicht over een deel van de omgeving. Je ziet een aantal besneeuwde toppen. Florina ligt in natuurgebied. Kamer, bedden, sanitair en douche waren prima. Ontbijt was goed, al misten we de verse fruitsalade voor in overheerlijke yoghurt. Zwembad en overige zaken hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. '

'Everything about this place is completely professional and top notch and it’s a beautiful hotel. The staff, the grounds, the location, the food - all were fantastic, including the breakfast. The manager helped us with such warmth and professionalism (when we mistakenly brought a pet to the location!)- we also celebrated a birthday there and they took care of bringing a cake etc. basically there was no request that they couldn’t meet. We had booked three rooms, and everyone was very happy with...
