'Property was adorable. Decorated so nice! Great deck to watch the river roll by. Peaceful area. In a great location for seeing Blanchard Springs and Mountain View. King size bed is very firm. Great places to dine are pretty close. '

'This is the first time we have all booked a trip where all of my siblings could be there. The house was perfect for the gathering and had so much space for our little girls (the bunk house) and great sitting and talking space too! The kitchen was so well stocked so we didn't have to go without! The paddle boat was also fun and we made some great memories in that too! Overall, just perfect for our family gathering! Would highly recommend for families and would definitely stay there again!'

'Overall, a pleasant, quiet, relaxing stay with excellent view of cliffs and the White River. The last few miles of road getting to the property are gravel but are very well maintained. The property itself is starting to age on the exterior; it could use some sprucing up, but is overall in fair condition. The interior is nicely furnished and accommodating. It was beautifully decorated for the fall and the deck and dock were fantastic. We cook a lot and it had lots of spices and utensils. Worked out perfectly. Wonderful trip. '
