'This was the perfect house for us. We especially loved the separate bedroom for our son to stay in. It was a fully stocked kitchen and a nice grill so we cooked in every night. The hot tub was great too! Mindi and John are wonderful hosts with top notch communication. The location was perfect for exploring the National Park and surrounding areas. The pictures just don't do this place justice, it's way cooler!'

'Totally unique off grid experience smack in the middle of the jungle. Think tiny house meets summer camp! Misty, the property host, gave an excellent introduction to the property and amenities. Her knowledge of flora and fauna enhanced our experience. Don’t worry about trading comfort for rural retreat. Our bedroom cabin was super clean, warm, appointed with quality linens and towels, and worked well for the four of us. This is a must do experience you won’t stop thinking about.'

'We enjoyed this unique property, especially the deck in the morning and evening. The stray cats were sweet and my daughter really liked having them around. Only issue was with the showers. The outdoor closed in shower was very hot and unable to change the temp; the indoor shower was chilly and the other outdoor shower ‘one with nature’ was just right. Other than that, the property was as described.'

'Lovely place tucked back in the vibrant green. This was the perfect place to end the day after exploring the island, very comfortable with every amenity that you need. We were able to pick up some food from the local market for breakfast, and we ate at Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant both nights we were there, it was so good.
