'Beautiful property with amazing view close to ski area and hiking trails. Lovely owner who took excellent care of me on my stay. Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. Perfect place for a romantic get away, although my stay was work related, and I was a single traveler. Felt very safe as a women traveling alone. 'Super clean, great water pressure in the shower, and plenty of room for 2 people. The hosts are lovely, great with communication and will likely greet you at check in. If you're looking for a quiet and private place for a long weekend, this is a great option. The town of Shokan is super tiny and has very few dining and/or grocery options, so you'd have to head to Woodstock, Kingston or Phoenicia for legit breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinking options, but all are just a 15-25 minute drive away. '
