'This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is no staff. They double charged me after not sending out the codes to the room and canceling my stay without my knowledge. The bed sheets were dirty, the room was bare, and they lacked basic amenities. This is a scam, DO NOT STAY HERE!'

'Our family had a wonderful stay at Soonipi Casa. Hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed what was on the counter to welcome us. The accommodations were very comfortable and updated. So convenient to the Mountain!! 5 minutes. We had a memorable stay and will hope to do it again. '

They offered a list of local restaurants, as well as sharing their favorites, which was great to know (and we enjoyed the places that were recommended). The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight -- lots of options for hot and cold breakfast items, including make-your-own waffles, and a yogurt parfait station with strawberry...
