'Everything was perfect about this property. Location, cleanliness, comfort. We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say. 'Beautiful unit. Fantastic layout. Perfect spot for a home base during a stay in Charleston. Many restaurants within walking distance. We loved the patios and pool table. Many amenities like extra toiletries. We passed along a few small things to the property manager and the response was very quick. Finding the parking can be a bit challenging because it's behind another building, but it's very close. Would stay here again.'

'This was an excellent stay, would definitely stay here again! It is close to King Street and all that entails, but also has local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The location makes it just as easy to go to the islands. It was beautiful and we loved the porch. 10 out of 10!'

'We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and an easy to walk to breakfast and close to King St for shopping, etc. Although we didn't really 'cook,' the kitchen was well equipped and we did appreciate the open floor plan. (We opted to have meals out so as to sample Charleston's fine cuisine!) Bedrooms were private and beds very comfortable. 'Excellent place in the perfect location. Great communication before, during and after my stay. Steps away from King st and all the dining, bars and shops and walking distance to everything. There is a designated parking spot. There are 2 fans provided which really came in handy and were much appreciated. My only negative is the water pressure in the showers.
