'Good value for money. Room suite was comfortable. Outdoor access to rooms with no elevators is not optimal for those who have to lug suitcases up the stairs. But lobby staff took good care of us by finding us a room on ground floor at check-in.'

'Zach and JoAnne at the front desk were welcoming upon arrival. We had an issue with our room and it was remedied immediately, and without hesitation. Zach went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Breakfast had a lot of options, whether staying to eat or grabbing to go. The location to Hershey and the ease of getting in and out made it even better. We would definitely stay here again.'

'compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation!
