We were first given a room that was not the one booked but they managed to amend this.
The room was simple but not expected more (maybe the photos are better than the actual state of the hotel), the only thing is that one of the beds was creaking at the slightest movement.

From the very first moment and before our arrival, Zoz was always attentive to every detail to make our stay a very pleasant one. The hotel was always very clean, and the staff were always willing to help with anything. I wouldn't hesitate to book my stay at the hotel again if I had to return to Cairo.
