This was perfect for our large family gathering. Each couple/family was able to have their own space and the group with the younger kids thought the bunk room above the garage worked perfectly. There are enough unique features/decorations in the home we were even able to have a scavenger hunt one evening which was a blast. It was March so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool or lake too much but one teenager did get out on a paddle board. There are a few things that have been "fixed" over the years I am sure that don't quite keep the standards up for the home. Such as caulk to fix grout lines. May not be noticeable to everyone but due to occupations, something many of our group noticed.

This home was a dream from start to finish. I had a group of 30 and it was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and plenty of room to get around. The host was amazing and check in was seamless. The property itself was beautiful with fantastic views of sunrise and sunset on the lake. The pool and hot tub were immaculate.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was absolutely huge—plenty of space for all our friends and family to spread out comfortably. Every room was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed.The lake was beautiful and clean, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and just relaxing by the water. The pool was a huge bonus, especially for the kids (and adults!) to enjoy during the day.We spent a lot of time in the spacious kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook big group meals. Between that, the comfortable bedrooms, and all the thoughtful amenities throughout the house, it truly felt like a home away from home.We made so many great memories and can’t wait to come back!

We were not able to swim in the pool until halfway thru our stay because they treated the pool to remove phosphate and it caused the pool to have phosphate silt all over it. The pool spa heater was not working right until the third day of our stay. The pin ball machine was broken and had to be repaired. The home theater system was not working right and my sons had to do a work around to make it work. The light over the range top was not working and many of the pots and pans were burned and disgusting. The access to the house is not good at all. The house has amazing potential but fell way short on maintenance. The pool was a big issue. We feel we should receive some compensation back fir the large number of issues.

We recently stayed at the Kristy Collection property in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and it was nothing short of amazing. Our entire family had a wonderful time, and we created memories that we will cherish forever.The setting was absolutely perfect for a family gathering – our grandkids had a blast playing with their cousins, and the atmosphere truly encouraged bonding and fun for all ages. From the beautiful pool to the video games, pinball machines, pool table, and movie room – there was something for everyone to enjoy. Every detail in the home helped make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and full of laughter.One small suggestion for future guests would be to consider using unscented laundry detergent for the sheets and towels. A few of us have sensitivities to strong scents and needed to rewash them the first night, but it was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the incredible experience we had.Thank you again for sharing your beautiful property with us – we would absolutely love to return!We hope we left everything in good shape!

A great Christmas getaway.

The property was exactly as stated. Everything was in working order when we arrived. The pool (we had heated) and hot tub were amazing for this time of year. We really liked that the house wasn’t over-decorated. We didn’t have to stress over something getting knocked off an end table and breaking. We would definitely stay again.
