'What a wonderful location and property. The listing and images are 100% accurate. The beach is literally a few feet away from the porch from where you can enjoy your morning coffee and look at the sunrise. The property has a very well equipped kitchen, bathroom and washing machine is a real bonus. Host, Hinarii, provided timely responses to any questions asked and made sure we were comfortable upon check-in. Thanks Hinarii! We couldn't recommend this property more.'

'Fortunately, driving instructions were very clear as it involved 1.5 km ascent, last leg on bumpy road, but once we entered the gate, wow! Villa was excellent, pool was great and deck has fabulous views of Pacific & Moorea. as usual, kitchen lacked gourmet equipment, but otherwise all was excellent. Owners were very helpful as well.'

'This location is simply fantastic. The hosts were gracious and provided so many perks (from a stocked fridge to fresh baked goods). The accommodation had all the amenities you will need. It is at the top of a steep and long hill so the pool is a nice respite on hotter days. The views are amazing; the property has bananas and coconuts and an outdoor shower. Very quiet. It is a wonderful place to get away from it all. Highly recommend.'

'Bungalow Bord de mer au Motu Temae was an absolute dream location! We stayed on Tahiti the first part of the week but the highlight when when we got to Moorea and Anais was an amazing host! She made check-in so seamless, she was extremely helpful in helping us ferry our car over and letting us know that one of the ferry's was out of order that we had pre-paid on. 'The house was modern (with an induction stove!), clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Great pool and patio area. The bedrooms were all roomy and had AC split units (but the main living, common areas did not). Coming from Hawaii, we were familiar with tropical environs though Tahiti was hotter and much more humid perhaps because it lacked the trade winds that help cool Hawaii. Interestingly, despite the large presence of mosquitoes and other topical critters, we noticed there were no screens on...

'The views at this property can't be beat! There is even a stunning view from the shower. AC in the bedroom was great for sleeping and we didn't really need it any other time due to the great breeze. It has a very well equipped kitchen for anything you would want to make. Jenny the property manager was very responsive and was able to let us check out late on our last day. Beach chairs were a huge plus. Be prepared that the jacuzzi is not heated! This was a bit shocking on my first day as I tried...

'We had the best family vacation here. The house is huge and well-appointed. The views from the house out to, and around, Cook's Bay are mind blowing. The location couldn't be better. We cycled to the grocery store, walked across the street for delicious and inexpensive food. We lived every bit of it. Monique was attentive and responsive. I doubt you can do better on moorea.'
