'In one word AMAZING. Great location on the sound, with fantastic views from the room. The building is an old cold storage, and it's been repurposed in the best way possible. Great spa and pool, amazing bar and restaurant, and a good breakfast every morning to help you on your way in to TdP. Incredible helpful and kind personnel, especially Diana at the reception was great in helping us out. Would stay again in a heartbeat.'

They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. 'Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed '

'Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. '
