'Super goede Hostel. Goed ontbijt. De eigenaren helpen je met het printen van tickets en als je iets wilt opwarmen is dat ook geen probleem. Bedden zijn fijn en alles is super schoon. Wij waren onze bril vergeten, Beatriz de eigenaresse heeft veel moeite gedaan om er voor te zorgen dat een gast de bril meeneemt naar haar volgende bestemming waar wij al waren, zodat wij de bril weer terug hadden. Ik raad deze accommodatie ook zeer aan.'

'The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!'

'Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed '
