Villa's in Montrose

'Newly renovated rooms, very clean. For the price we paid we could not expect more. 2 small remarks. The waterpressure in the shower was too low. Breakfast could have a little more variety. '

'Excelente lugar'

'This is a half of a cute little house close to Main Street in Montrose. It has a private entrance. I think the other half might be a rental too because I never saw anyone else on the grounds. The screened in front porch is a charming and unusual feature. The house was absolutely spotless. I’m very picky and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t sparkling! They provided a white noise machine and a fan in the bedroom. I loved this because I always sleep with a fan at home. The only...

'quite, clean, and comfortable. Clear instruction and warm welcome.'

'The furniture was old and badly damaged. There were holes in the wall that were poorly repaired. The air-conditioning was terribly loud. To add insult to injury there was no hot water in the morning. Although we had booked for 2 nights we left after the first night not wanting to ruin our trip by staying there. Reception was unfriendly'

'This was the best stay that I’ve had in several years! The owners were very kind and extremely helpful, especially given that I messed up the date of my reservation. The property was quiet, relaxing, and well stocked with everything that we needed. There’s nothing that I would suggest for improvements! I would absolutely stay here again anytime that I’m in the area!'

'The property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room and dining area , and a spacious kitchen. We were visiting the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.. Our stay was short, but very comfortable.'

'Great option in Montrose. We used it for a golf trip. excellent!'
