'Our stay was unfortunately impacted by several issues. The fire alarm went off on two separate nights during our three-night stay, waking our baby each time and forcing us to evacuate by walking down 19 flights of stairs. This significantly disrupted our trip and made what should have been a relaxing stay very stressful. Given that this happened on two of the three nights, I believe some form of compensation or discount would have been appropriate. Additionally, the parking fee of $50 per day...

'Beautiful spacious room. Comes with a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave, mini fridge, kettle plus a full set of plates and cutlery. The beds were so comfy, we had the best sleep we’ve had in ages. A great place to stay if you have multiple people in your group because the room and bathroom are huge. Location is amazing too. Would def come back!'

We hebben genoten van: de luxe: veel en grote handdoeken, heerlijke zeep en bodylotion, een lampje onder het bed met bewegingssensor zodat je niet in het donker naar de badkamer hoefde te lopen, het stoomapparaat, wauw! Er was altijd heerlijk fruitwater dat je kon tappen in de lobby. De locatie was ook ideaal. We misten alleen wat opbergruimte (bv een plankje voor je toilettas en wat extra hangers in de kast) en een eigen bedlampje. Ik zou hier...

The hotel was super responsive and helpful over Whatsapp. If you appreciate asethetic this hotel is a great option - clean modern and expensive feeling details. Tons of storage and soft mood lighting. Highly recommend.'
