'We had live roaches in our room. We took the bug to the front desk attendant and he offered another room. We declined and asked for a refund. The attendant declined because we used a third party app. We would like a refund.'

'The hotel restaurant is the ONLY place to eat around the lake and it closes at 8pm so when we got back from fishing at 9:30 we were outta luck. There's NOTHING around here to eat, no vending machines, no pizza delivery, nothing. The stairs were being remodeled so couldn't use those. Other than that it was ll fine, small TV, rough mattresses'
