It feels like you’re deep in the woods and away from the hustle and bustle while still being 6 minutes away from town. « My wife and I were looking for a quiet and secluded location that was pet friendly and this location fit the bill!! We loved the hot tub and how quiet and peaceful the location was. We used the hot tub that night and early the next morning before checking out. « The cabin itself is very nice. Walk to the lake is more like 15 minutes rather than the 3 that’s advertised but not a huge deal. The opening at the lake at the end of the trail is very small, and heavily brushed in so you can’t see much of the lake. The beds in the cabin were pretty bad, with the advertised pull out couch not having an actual pull out mattress on it, but rather a 3” foam mattress topper instead. You could feel every bar on the frame through it, and the head end sagged down. When...
