'Very easy going and comfortable hotel, beautifully located alongthe river Tweed. It’s well worth staying a couple of nights and use the hotel as a base for some beautiful hikes and sight-seeing. We loved the food in the restaurant. Best we had in Schotland. Feesh fish, crispy vegetables and a great breakfast ontbe 1st floor with a stunning view in the river. You can even bring your dogs!'

'The hotel has a large car park. The rooms were clean and warm. The hotel was taylored more for eating. The meals were excellent and the bar closed early after meals were finished.
