'Very easy going and comfortable hotel, beautifully located alongthe river Tweed. It’s well worth staying a couple of nights and use the hotel as a base for some beautiful hikes and sight-seeing. We loved the food in the restaurant. Best we had in Schotland. Feesh fish, crispy vegetables and a great breakfast ontbe 1st floor with a stunning view in the river. You can even bring your dogs!'

'Prima verblijf, een beetje gedateerd maar met karakter. We moesten een kruip door sluip door route afleggen door gangetjes en over trappetjes om onze kamer op de eerste verdieping te bereiken. We vonden het wel charmant maar je moet niet slecht ter been zijn!'

'Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand.
